Processing Time

The processing time can change from time to time depending on the number of orders that need to be fulfilled. You can locate our current processing time on the home page under the main header. Please note that processing times can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. We DO NOT process refunds due to delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Estimated Shipping Times

United States: 3-7 business days generally, but shipping time is at the sole discretion of the USPS and their current transit times.

Customs and Import Taxes

We ship our Canadian shipments DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you'd like your order to include shipping insurance please be sure to choose priority shipping at checkout. First Class Shipping with the USPS does NOT include shipping insurance and the post office will not honor claims that are not insured. We (Faith Gone Craftin') will NOT issue refunds or replacements on orders that have been lost or stolen after they have been accepted at the postal facility. If you purchased priority shipping and your package becomes lost or stolen, please reach out to us so we can assist you with your claim with the USPS.
