Refund policy

Products are made custom to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. No monetary refunds will be given for any reason. Alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or replacement product(s) if an error was made on our part while fulfilling your order; or the items are received damaged, but not due to the shipping carrier. If items were damaged during shipping, all reimbursement channels must be pursued via the carrier.
